  • They can be answered in under 5 seconds
  • The answers directly inform a decision

Make answering as frictionless as possible:

Common Mistakes

Asking for demographics in a micro-survey. If you need to segment by role or company size, get that from your user profile or account data. Don't waste your one question on it.

Showing the same micro-survey repeatedly. Frequency capping is essential. Once per session per survey type is the maximum. Once per week is better. Track what you've shown to whom.
